Let $y(x)$ be the solution of the differential equation $\frac{d^{2}y}{dx^{2}}-4\frac{dy}{dx}+4y=0$ with initial conditions $y(0)=0$ and $\frac{dy}{dx}\mid _{x=0}=1$ Then the value of $y(1)$ is _________.
